Shipping

Currently we only ship to the UK and Ireland.

Shipping costs depend on size, weight and destination within the areas we ship to. Shipping times are dependant on the shipping method you choose and the postal company. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping company.

Packages and parcels will be shipped by TNT, City Link, Parcel Force or Royal Mail, which ever is the cheapest for the customer.

Returns

You may need to return a product to us for the following reasons:-

a) You are exercising your right of cancellation (see our terms and conditions) and please note that the law assumes that the goods have not been used and are in pristine condition.
b) We have sent you the wrong item(s)
c) You need to replace the item(s) under warranty.

For cases a or b above you must inform us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
For ALL of the above cases you must first obtain a RMA number from us.

To return a product you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You need to fill in an RMA Request before you return any incorrectly supplied/faulty or damaged items.
Only when an RMA number is issued and you have been sent the return address by our Returns Department can you then return the goods to us.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Once processed by our Returns Team you will then be supplied with the details of the full returns procedure which will include an RMA reference (this is different from your RMA request).
